Beginning her journey in Holborn, London in 1988, at just 17 Kelly fell into recruitment after having received feedback on a job interview via an employment agency which altered the path of her career. From that moment forward, Kelly trained to become a Recruitment Consultant and has remained committed to helping candidates find their perfect jobs and supporting businesses who are looking to grow. Providing honest feedback is key - because we know that this is what truly matters.

Whilst balancing full-time work and the responsibilities of raising her children, Kelly strived to achieve the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC) Certificate in Recruitment Practice and has since completed a further six REC courses and assessments to strengthen the fundamental practices she uses daily.
It’s these essential tried and tested practices met with an unwavering passion, unique ethos and lifelong knowledge of the region, that has enabled us to streamline a clear method that can be tailored to suit each business and every individual we partner with.

“My favourite thing is of course spending time with my friends and family, not forgetting my 3 cats - mum Millie, dad Milo and baby Marley too. Like most of us, that balance between work and daily life is very important to me. In my spare time, you will find me either taking some time out to explore the world, staying active or getting stuck into something creative. I love travelling (my perfect spot is in Cyprus), practising yoga and tackling a woodworking project, a craft I’d love to have more time for!"
