Once we’ve received your online registration, we’ll set up a consultation via phone or video call so that we can get to know you and what you’re looking for in your next position. We’ll cover factors such as salary expectations, notice period and the reasons for wanting a new challenge along with establishing your key skills, future goals and the type of company you’d like to work for.

Online Consultation
We'll conduct a search based on our consultation and keep your job search active whilst new opportunities throughout London and Essex become available. When an ideal opportunity comes up and you’d like to apply, we’ll present your CV to the employer accompanied by our consultant’s summary which will highlight your individual skills, strengths and why we believe you are the perfect match for the role.

The Job Search
The unfamiliar feeling of preparing for an interview can often be daunting, which is why we coordinate and schedule interviews on your behalf, so you can focus on bringing the best version of yourself, without unnecessary distractions. We’ll give you as much information as possible on both the role and the company ahead of your interview, along with expert guidance to assist with your interview preparation should you need it or provide you with any further support you need along the way.

Interview Preparation
Following your interview, we’ll catch up with you to find out how it went and answer any questions that you forgot to ask during the interview - it happens! On review with the employer, we’ll gather plenty of feedback from both parties so you can make an informed decision on your next move and fine-tune any areas to improve. Should you be offered the job, we’ll work on your behalf to guide you through any important negotiations on things like salary, start date and notice period.

Feedback & Negotiations
Once an official offer of employment has been accepted and your start date has been confirmed, we’ll be sure to stay in touch and maintain an open line of communication with you just in case you need any further clarification or support ahead of your first day. We’ll also be on hand during your first week to make sure you’re happy and settling in okay; and if you need us at any point beyond then, you know you can get in touch with us any time.
