We advertise the position across various job boards, professional networks, social media, and our own website, tapping into our extensive database of candidates and proactively approaching individuals who meet the criteria to discuss the opportunity further.

Job Advert & Networking
After interviewing candidates and reviewing each application thoroughly, we will present you with pre-selected CVs of candidates that we believe have the potential to fill the role, accompanied by a consultant summary detailing why we think they are a perfect match. We’ll work with you to refine the selection and organise the interviews.

Candidate Review
We act as an extension of your team by contacting the shortlisted candidates and arranging interviews on your behalf. We also provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates at this stage to help them fine-tune their skills and CV for their next potential opportunity.

Shortlist & Interviews
With our ongoing support throughout the interview process, you'll have everything you need to make a well-informed decision on selecting your successful candidate. We will work on your behalf to present your offer of employment and guide each party through any necessary negotiations, start dates and notice periods. On acceptance of the offer, we'll put you in contact with your new team member so you can provide an official written offer of employment and make any preparations before they start.

Support & Negotiations
We remain in touch with both you and the candidate - On the agreed start date we will check in with you by telephone or email to ensure a seamless integration into your team. It's only then that we invoice you for our service. We'll be on hand when you need us to provide knowledge and support beyond the candidate's first week to see how things are going, and of course, we'll be happy to help you with any future recruitment needs as the company continues to expand.
